Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This referral program is open to all current and past clients or followers of Breaking Thru: Unfiltered. You do not need to be a paying customer to refer others and earn rewards.

2. How It Works

You can refer someone in one of two ways:

Request a unique referral code from Angie and share it with your contacts.

Ask the person you’re referring to mention your name/email during checkout or registration.

3. Minimum Purchase

Referral rewards are only applicable for purchases of £5 or more.

4. Reward Options

Once your referral successfully completes a qualifying purchase, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours informing you of the amount you're eligible to receive.

You’ll then receive a second email once the reward is confirmed (after the return window or service delivery is complete), offering you two options:

30% Store Credit: You’ll receive a unique code to use at checkout. Credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

18% Cash Reward: You’ll be asked to provide your payment details. A payment will be issued within 24 hours, though please allow for standard bank processing times.

5. Reward Timing

Rewards are only processed after the product/service has been delivered in full and the return/cancellation window has passed. This is to ensure the sale is final before issuing the reward.

6. No Self-Referrals

You cannot refer yourself using another email or name. Any attempt to game the system will result in disqualification from the referral program.

7. Ineligible Purchases

Rewards do not apply to:

Free trials

Gift cards

Heavily discounted promotional items (unless otherwise stated)

8. Tax Responsibility

Any tax implications resulting from referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

9. Fraud Prevention

Breaking Thru: Unfiltered reserves the right to deny or withhold rewards if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
